“The Carter Community Building Association is a nonprofit recreation center with a modest parking lot. Each time Blaktop has done paving for us, we have had an excellent experience. A quote has been quickly provided and the work completed as scheduled and quoted. In addition, we know Blaktop as a community-oriented firm that supports events such as our annual “Touch-A-Truck.” Blaktop helps make the Upper Valley a great place in which to work and live.” Curtis Richardson, Executive Director, CCBA
