Stuart is a co-owner of Blaktop and Twin State Sand & Gravel. He is the second generation of his family to be involved in the business. His responsibilities include operations, strategic direction, business development, bidding on commercial and municipal contracts, human resources, and customer relationship management. Stuart has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. He lives in Norwich, Vermont, with his family.
Tim is celebrating his 27th year of employment with Blaktop. He began as a construction foreman and is now responsible for paving services sales from Blaktop’s Littleton office, where they serve the north country of New Hampshire and Vermont. Tim lives in Fairlee, Vermont, with his wife Ellen, where they operate a 5000-tap maple sugaring operation.
Tom is a salesman and project manager for the southern territory of Blaktop Inc. He has been with Blaktop since 2020. Tom has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Central Connecticut State University. He has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. In that time, Tom has performed various jobs starting as a laborer to being promoted to a grading foreman, Quality Control technician, and paving foreman. Tom moved from Florida to New England and now resides with his wife, Staci, in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Tom enjoys spending time with family, fishing, collecting rum and Disney memorabilia, and maintaining saltwater aquariums.
Kyle has worked at Blaktop, Inc. since graduating from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Construction Management in 2019. He is currently working towards a degree in Business Administration as well. Kyle grew up in Windsor, Vermont, and lives in Springfield. In his free time, he likes to do small woodworking projects and watch sports.
Herb has worked for Blaktop since 1972. When not overseeing paving crews, he likes to hunt and spend time with his five grandchildren. Herb lives in Plainfield, New Hampshire.
Tim has worked for Blaktop since 2003. His primary responsibilities include managing asphalt production and testing to ensure compliance with project designs and state specifications. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, is a Marine Corp. Veteran, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and working on race cars.
Tina joined Blaktop in 2013 as the receptionist and contracts administrator. She works in the West Lebanon office but handles customer service calls and administrative tasks for the Lebanon and Littleton regions. Tina is a native of Danville, Vermont, and lives with her husband in East Corinth. In her spare time, Tina likes to do gardening and landscaping.
